Our services

What we treat

Eight forms of therapy that we use on their own or in combination — matched to your prescription and to your symptoms.

Manual therapy

Manual therapy uses specific hands-on grip and mobilisation techniques, primarily to resolve restrictions of movement. The aim is to restore the interplay between joints, muscles and nerves.

Manual lymphatic drainage

This therapy is used to decongest swollen tissue: through particular hand movements, the physiotherapist moves the accumulated fluid towards the lymph node station responsible for that area.

Massage

Massage can be applied as a therapy in its own right or as a supporting one. The goals are to loosen tense muscle groups, to promote circulation, to stimulate the metabolism and the circulatory system, and to reduce pain.

Heat therapy: fango / infrared heat

Heat therapy promotes circulation and relaxes both the muscles and the tissue, which can bring relief from pain. Heat packs made of fango or peat mud, as well as infrared heat, are applied to the painful areas of the body.

Sling table (Schlingentisch)

Treatment on the sling table addresses painful and immobile limbs in a way that is gentle on the joints, offering the greatest possible relaxation and relief.

Electrotherapy

In electrotherapy, direct and alternating currents are conducted through the body, or through the affected parts of the body, as a form of treatment.
