Treatment with time
We take the time your symptoms need — and we work with our hands, not off a checklist.
In our physiotherapy practice we take our lead from what you need. From physiotherapy exercise to manual therapy and lymphatic drainage, we treat you the way your symptoms call for — unhurried, with time, and with our hands.

We take the time your symptoms need — and we work with our hands, not off a checklist.
Physiotherapy, manual therapy, lymphatic drainage, massage, heat therapy, electrotherapy, sling table and equipment-based training — all under one roof.
Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 19:00. Appointments before work or after hours are possible.
Eight forms of therapy that we use on their own or in combination — matched to your prescription and to your symptoms.
Physiotherapy serves to improve and/or restore mobility. Which exercises we carry out depends on your symptoms and your clinical picture.
Manual therapy uses specific hands-on grip and mobilisation techniques, primarily to resolve restrictions of movement. The aim is to restore the interplay between joints, muscles and nerves.
This therapy is used to decongest swollen tissue: through particular hand movements, the physiotherapist moves the accumulated fluid towards the lymph node station responsible for that area.
Massage can be applied as a therapy in its own right or as a supporting one. The goals are to loosen tense muscle groups, to promote circulation, to stimulate the metabolism and the circulatory system, and to reduce pain.
Heat therapy promotes circulation and relaxes both the muscles and the tissue, which can bring relief from pain. Heat packs made of fango or peat mud, as well as infrared heat, are applied to the painful areas of the body.
To improve strength, endurance, mobility and coordination, physiotherapy often works with medical training equipment and pulley apparatus.
Treatment on the sling table addresses painful and immobile limbs in a way that is gentle on the joints, offering the greatest possible relaxation and relief.
In electrotherapy, direct and alternating currents are conducted through the body, or through the affected parts of the body, as a form of treatment.
